Training Group Paces
For those who would like to improve their running/walking times, here are the times to aim for in each group;
All times given are approximate and flexible in order to help those trying to step up into the next group.
If you are happy and content with the pace you are running/walking, that's great, stay in that group.
If you are unsure as to which group you should join then speak with any of the Run Leaders.
