PLEASE REMEMBER THE USE OF HEADPHONES AND MP3 PLAYERS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED DURING THESE RACES. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY IN CASE A MARSHAL ETC NEEDS TO GIVE IMPORTANT INFORMATION DURING THE RACE. ANYONE SEEN USING HEADPHONES WILL BE DISQUALIFED.

Phoenix Summer Series

A 5K trail run around the beautiful country park at Langdon Hillsl, Basildon at 7:30pm on 3 Tuesdays in 2022

One Tree Hell (formerly Dunton Demon)

Excellent Pre cross country workout across an undulating 10k course

Stanford-le-Hope 5k & 10k

​

A 5K and a 10k off road run. Route from Thurrock Thameside Nature Park, Mucking, Stanford le Hope, SS17 0RN.
