The 3rd Annual Handley Green Memorial Run.
1st April 2010, Handley Green, Laindon.
A 25 lap race around the lost glories of Handley Green. Taking in the car parks, terraced housing and superbly landscaped greens.

50 pound per adult or dog, 49.50 pound under 16, on the day.

3.5K trail walk around the beautiful Plotlands Reserve. Ideal for a family morning out.
Try to beat the record or just enjoy the fresh air and surroundings.
Dogs, under control, are welcome.

Essex Wildlife Trust Unmisable Langdon '5'
Essex Wildlife Trust, Langdon Visitor Centre, Lower Dunton Road. (MAP)

Join Essex Wildlife Trust and Phoenix Striders for a fantastic off-road run through the beautiful Langdon Nature Reserve.
The run goes through ancient woodland, meadows and the sites of former Plotlands homes.
The natural aspect of the reserve includes some hill work and is on bridleways and footpaths that may become muddy/slippery
in bad weather.
Essex Wildlife Trust is a registered charity that works to keep wonderful sites, like Langdon, open for the public to
enjoy and offer a natural habitat for wildlife
All funds raised will go towards the Essex Wildlife Trust.
There are no changing facilities, but toilets and refreshments will be available, also a results service.
Prizes: 1st Male/Female, 1st Male/Female Vet & 1st Under 16.
